“Never received recall on the airbags? Safety harness in the back seats where my rand kids ride will not tighten up. Leaf-springs bow up in the middle not down? Have replaced u-joints more times then on my 97 ford. Plus carrier bearings because of the leaf springs and stopped driving it because it goes back and forth on the road. My rear end howls and needs replaced because the rear end is higher then the tranny but there has been 7 recalls on this model and only found out about them on line. You must be doing a better job or your fired!!! …”

NHTSA complaint #10985037, filed 2017-05, 100,900 miles

“The passenger side seat belt retractor is not working properly. Took my truck to the dealer last summer to get repaired. I asked him if he could tighten the seat belt retraction tension and he told me that he could not without replacing the entire seat belt retractor. The service manager told me that a seat belt tensioner bolt had come loose causing the retractor to malfunction. Tightening the bolt would not fix it. The cost of the part to fix it was approx. $250. Since my truck is out of warranty, they were not going to fix it for free. …”

“It is hard to pull out and the belt is not tied enough. I did bring to the dealer for recall, but they dont confirm that they fix/replace or not. The consumer stated the seat belt was repaired under recall but, still failed.”

NHTSA complaint #11377753, filed 2020-12, 56,163 miles
