“Toyota suspension is too weak ,if I loading extra weight to 6960lb ,rear suspension will low 1 and 1/2 inch to 36 and half inch then remove 800lb out from bed ,the rear bed will go back 38 inch .I didn’t max the payload weight yet”

NHTSA complaint #11542306, filed 2023-09

“This 2022 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro is subject to Limited Service Campaign 24TD01 for premature tire wear, caused by a factory front toe/camber angle defect acknowledged by Toyota. The vehicle received the campaign remedy (front alignment adjustment and tire replacement) in May 2024, but the same wear pattern on the front tires reappeared and has continued for over a year, documented across multiple dealership visits. …”

NHTSA complaint #11760872, filed 2026-08

“Front end alignment is incorrect from Toyota factory. This is reflected in the service campaign 24TD01 for this vehicle. Toyota refuses to fix the problem, stating the campaign has expired. The alignment causes premature uneven wear of the tires, which is a safety problem. The 24TD01 campaign document states the dealer should complete the service prior to sale. Marietta Toyota DID NOT complete this service on my vehicle before sale.”

NHTSA complaint #11723089, filed 2026-03

At approximately 20,000 miles, a severe front-end squeaking symptom developed. The vehicle was brought to a separate authorized Toyota dealership service center for inspection. An authorized Toyota Master Technician formally inspected the vehicle and documented that the selling dealership did not install an engineered suspension lift. …”
