“This 2022 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro is subject to Limited Service Campaign 24TD01 for premature tire wear, caused by a factory front toe/camber angle defect acknowledged by Toyota. The vehicle received the campaign remedy (front alignment adjustment and tire replacement) in May 2024, but the same wear pattern on the front tires reappeared and has continued for over a year, documented across multiple dealership visits. …”
NHTSA complaint #11760872, filed 2026-08“Apparently widespread issue with uneven tire wear. I know multiple owners with the same issue despite rotating tires even 5k miles (myself included. They did apparently correct the issues with the trd pro but have failed to solve it for the rest of the line up. Much more wear on the outer aspects of the tires.”

In duration the rim was damaged as well from trying to get to a safe place. To get this truck fixed by a licensed Toyota dealership has been the absolute worst…”
NHTSA complaint #11499662, filed 2023-01“The outer edges of front tires wearing excessively. They replaced 2 around 20k milage and there are many reports of the same issue from factory alignment and camber. The tire appears to be splitting prematurely.”
