“Parked at work as usual on 8/17/2026 in the morning and in the afternoon when i was ready to go home, i noticed the windshield was chipped closed to the bottom. The chip itself is quite tiny and doesn’t look like it was hit by an object. The crack link goes upwards and turns towards the passenger side. The weather has been very hot in the past several weeks.”

“Last year my vehicle rear camera and sensor failed to which caused me to backup into a mailbox. I had brought it up after a car wash at the dealership and they said they didn't know about any recalls at the time. NHTSA complaint #11591664, filed 2024-05

“I am trying to locate any information and updates on my second key fob that was not received at the time of the purchase of my car. Every month I talk with Toyota they say by the end of this month you should receive your letter, so the end of the month passes and I reach out to toyota and they state it was pushed back to the end of this month and so on. I am getting very upset especially when you purchase a $50,000.00 automobile. I can't find any discussions on the Venza key fob shortage but there are discussions on every other model of Toyota. …”

NHTSA complaint #11591493, filed 2024-05

“After coming to a stop at a STOP sign, the vehicle accelerated unintentionally, crossing the highway and hitting a parked car, causing injuries and totaling my vehicle. While my vehicle sustained a crumbled chassis, no airbags were deployed, causing injuries to the driver and passenger. Additionally, the emergency automatic brakes did not stop the car from ploughing into the parked car. The car was examined by the insurance carrier (AAA) and Toyota (the manufacturer), who sent out a technician to read the CDR data. The report was generated by BOSCH (a 3rd party hired by Toyota). …”
