“Takata recall received interim notice, but did not receive any remedy notification later. Just received auto airbag settlement notice today. Called local dealer to follow the notice of getting the airbag replaced asap, and they said they had nobody there to operate the computer to verify my car was under the recall & call back another day. How come I could verify the same day on my phone & the dealer could not? Now, I need to take my wife to the hospital & will not be able to contact the dealer until later. So two complaints; no remedy notification & delay by the local dealer.”
