2008: “Takata recall-I have been sent multiple notices about both driver and passenger airbags that need to be recalled. I have contacted faifield Audi multiple times to have this repaired. They keep pushing me off saying that there are no parts available to complete this recall and that it is a federal issue at this point. This may be true, can you confirm?”

Now there is a recall on the passenger side and I can't take any passengers until it is fixed. Mohegan lake Audi tells me that the part wont be available until september and being that this is a convertible, this is totally unacceptable. I can't take my 89 year old mother whom I am caregiver for anywhere in this car. Please help me get this done sooner. I was patient waiting an entire year for the driver's side and lost out on driving the car for one year, 2016. …”
