“We bought a Bmw with adaptive headlight error code. After researching it, we found out the fix is extremely expensive ($1200+) and most people report if you even hit a pot hole in road, it will cause it to malfunction again. The lights remain fixed in a incorrect position therefore causing a safety hazard because the road is improperly lit.”

This leakage has my car going crazzzy when I wash my car and I turn my fog lights on all the lights on my dash go on my engine goes off and smells like is about to burn this is a serious problem.”
NHTSA complaint #10519733, filed 2013-06, 87,000 miles“I have a 2006 Bmw 325I. It has always had a problem with the headlights burning out very quickly. Now the lighting on the left side (headlights and tail lights) sometimes do not come on, and sometimes remain on after being turned off. This is a real safety concern as this gives no warning beforehand. It is my daughters car and she is currently living away at college.”
