“I drove to the gas station left car alone for no more than 5 minutes. And when I come back I try to start the car and tries to start but doesn't have the power too, then I get a jump start and drive home and the next day same things happen. Battery was changed out by shop just about a week ago.”

NHTSA complaint #10515834, filed 2013-06, 54,142 miles

NHTSA complaint #10464029, filed 2012-07, 56,000 miles

“There is a serious defect with the engine and fuel pump. It takes a long time to accelerate when driving especially on the highway, the car will shake, jolt and the engine will start to make a weird noise. There is oil leaking constantly and the check engine light is constantly coming on even after just being repaired. The car goes into limp mode and has shut down on me numerous times while driving. I've had the fuel pump replaced numerous times and yet it needs to be replaced against. The car will overheat at times and and just shut down. …”

NHTSA complaint #10883486, filed 2016-07, 50,100 miles

“While accelerating on a highway, the car lost power and started to shake. I had to pull off on the shoulder while decelerating while cars around me were honking and driving around to pass me. I was lucky not to have been in a collision. The engine malfunction light and service engine soon light turned on. After coming to a stop on the side of the road, I turned off the car for a few minutes and restarted it - it drove fine but the service engine soon light stayed on. It has happened many times since.”

NHTSA complaint #10503126, filed 2013-03, 62,714 miles

“The car has had numerous issues since purchased. This all came to a head when driving home, under normal conditions, it suddenly would not shift past 1st gear. I proceeded to pull off to a side street and attempt to idle home, as I was about 1 mile from home. After approximately .5 mile, the transmission suddenly lost first gear, there was an audible bang under the hood, and the car completely lost power. After being in a service center for a couple weeks, I am now informed that the engine is locked down and that the car will require a new engine to be working again. …”
