“The vehicle has a glare issue affecting the side mirrors, which impacts visibility while driving. The glare appears to be caused by reflective chrome trim on the dashboard near the air vent, which reflect light into the side mirrors under certain lighting conditions. this creates a safety concern and affects my ability to comfortably and confidently operate the vehicle. the issue has been demonstrated to the dealership on multiple occasions, including prior to June 17th, but does not appear to have been fully documented or resolved. …”
NHTSA complaint #11745399, filed 2026-06“Driving south on I-65 during heavy rainfall with windshield wipers on “auto.” Windshield wipers failed and became stuck in vertical position (picture attached). Could have caused a major fatality given the lack of visibility with no windshield wipers during heavy rain. Windshield wipers remain stuck, and will not go back to resting horizontal position. Wiper motor will click like it wants to engage, but no result, so does not appear to be relay/fuse issue. …”
