“I took a short trip earlier today and when I got home I was unable to open the driver side door. I have not had any problems with the locking or unlocking of this door before and no matter how many times I unlocked the door it remained locked and unable to be opened. The lock indicators showed that the door should have been unlocked but this was not the case.”

NHTSA complaint #10705121, filed 2015-04, 93,000 miles“In august, 2014 I received a notice of GM recall 14299, but they stated the parts were not currently available. In september I received a letter informing me that the parts were now available to repair my vehicle. When I called the dealership I was informed that they were getting the parts in only a few at a time and right now they didn't have any, but they took my name and number and said they would call me when they came in. I called again today (nov. 20, 2014) and was told that they had a list of around 400 and had only repaired around 30-40. …”
NHTSA complaint #10659635, filed 2014-11“My 2006 Buick Lacrosse has a center arm rest. The top of the arm rest lifts up to reveal a storage compartment, which contains storage slots for cd's. Attached to the inside top of the arm rest is a foam pad, which I assume was put there to prevent the cd's from rattling and making noise. The problem is that when you are storing cd's and lift the top of the arm rest to get at the storage area, the cd's stick to the foam pad and get lifted out of the storage area. The result is cd's spilled all over the front passenger area. …”
