“Problems getting recall repair on anchorage of seats performed. Consumer took the vehicle to the dealership twice and to no avail was the work performed. The first time, the consumer was told the vehicle wasn't serviced yet. The second time, the mechanic stood outside the vehicle and stated he research the information and nothing was wrong with her vehicle. The recall letter she received was to be placed in the owner's manual. …”
