“I was sold a vehicle from a dealership in Green Bay Wisconsin under the impression all safety regulations were met. The day I drove it off the lot, I had issues with the back drivers' door, making wind noise. I had messaged the salesman, he stated it may have been the door seal. Days went by, it wasn't sitting well with me, I made an appointment with a local body shop in. regard's to the door and suspicion of something not right. …”

“There is an issue with the transmission when i accelerate at a slow pace. The car shakes and vibrates. Theres a possibility of an issue with the transfer case 4x4. When i turn the steering wheel and drive, it feels like it locks. It feels like 4x4 is on and theres a odd sound as well. I took my car to Hamilton Chevrolet and paid for inspection. They told me that there was no issue, but the issues i mentioned earlier in this message was mentioned to them. Those issues are still occurring. This is a recall issue but when i put my VIN number in, my car shows that there is no recall on it. …”

NHTSA complaint #11673837, filed 2025-07

“I was driving and then the vehicle started running rough. There was no indication or warning lights before this happened. This is a huge safety issue because I could have had a wreck and injured people and my very own family. I took it to a Chevy dealership. They inspected the suburban and number 4 cylinder had a pool of oil in it. And they told me it need a new engine. Which it has the L87 engine that all the GM recalls are on. However, they are telling me mine isn't on the recall. They don't know if GM is going to cover it because it has 111,000 miles and it's out of the power train. …”
