“About a year ago I brought my car to the dealership because my computer blacked out which resulted in losing power steering and braking ability. I was told they hooked it up to the computer and found nothing and sent me on my way. Last week this same thing happened 5x in one day and I lost all computer function for 24 hours. The computer has since glitched and blacked out multiple times but have not lost steering or braking.”

“My vehicle antenna was broken off in an automatic carwash by the spinning wash system because of the length and design of the unit. This antenna becomes a projectile endangering the carwash employees as well as damaging my car or a following car.”

NHTSA complaint #11764184, filed 2026-09

“My car along with multiple other cars like mine are having issues with the back up camera not working. I have to take it into a Chevrolet dealer to get it replaced. It is a huge safety concern and a recall needs to be issued.”

NHTSA complaint #11719239, filed 2026-02

“Rear back up camera. One day it started to glitch when put in reverse. I placed the car in park, gave it a moment and put it in reverse again. This was repeated in the attempt to get the back up camera to work. Next- turned the vehicle off for a moment, restarted it, put in reverse and this did not help. Also, I attempted to check for update/update and reset the infotainment system. This did not help. The backup camera, after this incident has not worked since. I bought this car brand new. …”

NHTSA complaint #11734518, filed 2026-04

“There is something wrong with the battery charging system, this is a known issue for GM. I've brought it to the dealership to address the issue and they do not know what is wrong or how to fix it. Sixteen times since I got this vehicle it has flashed a warning service charging system: your vehicle may stall because the battery is not charging properly. Schedule service soon. I obtained this vehicle April 30th with 5 miles on it. They still do not have a fix for this, the dealership stated they would contact me when there is a recall....”
