“Nov.2013 was the frist time we had a proplem, right after that the oil gauge was not working. On an off we have noticed other type of problem that seem to be electrical. For the last year \year an half my gas is all over the place, always stopping to get gas as not to give out. Also, my gear and mileage gauge does not work. Now have no idea when to change the oil or rotate tires”
NHTSA complaint #11001457, filed 2017-06, 75,000 miles“Gauges on the instrument panel stopped working. There are currently 3 gauges not working on my instrument panel including the speedometer and the gas gauge. This is extremely dangerous not knowing when your gas tank is empty or how fast your going. The gauges do not work whether I am driving or stopped.”
NHTSA complaint #11029895, filed 2017-09, 115,000 miles“So I can't really drive at night as my dim lights just stop working. Yes I have brights and I have been stopped twice and ticketed once for the issue of failure to dim. This is ridiculous as they are recalling all the newer models but not the 2005. I am frustrated because I have even moved relays around but nothings helps except to set on side of highway for a couple hours before they apparently col down? You tell me”
NHTSA complaint #11064691, filed 2018-01, 150,000 miles“The airbags will show that they're not enabled even with a passenger sitting in the seat.then it would come on as being on but no passenger in seat. A lot of sensors have popped up in the electrical panel, on top of that the car kinda shut down on me and started going 10 miles per hour, as I was going out in traffic.”
NHTSA complaint #10716811, filed 2015-05, 178,300 miles“The speedometer in my car started not working a week ago.. It would say I was going 70 and in reality I was only going 55. Now it starts out at 110mph when I start driving....making it really difficult to know how fast/slow I am going. I have read many articles of this happening with this make and model of vehicle.”
