“I experienced a life threatening vehicle malfunction with my brand new 2014 chevy Traverse. I was driving down the road and I felt my steering wheel stop working. If I turned to the left or the right it would continue going straight. This happened twice at low speeds on a paved street in my neighborhood. I have the documentation of how I tried to resolve this matter with GM/chevy.”
