“I purchased a Chrysler 300 on 11/19/09. I had an accident on 12/10/09. I have learned since the accident, there was a recall on this model concerning the antilock brake system. Since we purchased used, I don't know if this was ever corrected on our vehicle. The ABS lights stays on and mechanics says it is not dangerous, just the cruise want work. We have carried this car back to dealership several times and spent over $2,000. On repairs and now they tell us it can't be fixed and we are afraid to drive the car even though they say it is o.k. To drive. …”

“I just purchased my car in late april it is now november. I didn't notice the brake problem which is a vibration when I came to a stop, until a week after. I figured I probably need new brake pads. One of my least concerns. But last month I began to smell gas. I thought it was just the other vehicles around me or the location I was at. I looked under the car and there's was no leak. I kept doing this when I smelled gas and nothing. Last night november 6 2011, I filled up my tank to go out of town. When I was leaving to go back home from the long ride, the parking area smelled like gas! …”
