Example complaints

Engine cooling: “I have a 2004 Concorde lxi. I also have had very many troubles with my car stalling while driving at various speeds and conditions. The engine will lose power and it will take some time before it starts. It seems that this is a big problem with several models that Chrysler has produced. This problem needs to be addressed as soon as possible.”

Electrical system: “I own a 2004 Concorde. I just have had recall work done on this car. I called the local dealership and ask them if there was any recalls on this car because it has been stalling while driving at various speeds. If you own one of these cars call your dealership. The recall number is 18j18182 recall j18. The recall reprograms the computer.”

NHTSA complaint #10278852, filed 2009-07, 121,841 miles

Body and structure: “I was driving west on hwy 8, going 5-10 miles under the speed limit and a vehicle at a side road was stopped at the stop sign. However, he then pulled out in front of me instead of waiting, so it was his fault. He even said it was his fault, and he was in a hurry as it was his last meal to deliver for meals-on-wheels. I have been dealing with back problems and medical appointments ever since, and still trying to work. …”

NHTSA complaint #11143951, filed 2018-10, 201,604 miles

Air bags: “May 21, 2013 at about 8 am I was on my way to work driving on the freeway when the passenger airbag deployed for no reason, it startled & shaken me to the point that it almost cause me to get into an accident, I thought that I had a tire blow out or gunshot to my windshield because I seen a flash, I pulled over and exit to the next off ramp to calm myself for about 25 min then drove my car to the car dealer service area hoping that the driver side airbag wouldn't deploy on my face as I drove. …”
