“Entered vehicle through driver’s side door. Put car in reverse and backed out of parking space. As the driver put the car into drive, we advanced approximately 25 yards, the rear tailgate opened and lifted without alerting the driver. No warnings, alarms or dash board notifications. Since we were in a parking garage, as the door lifted, it hit a concrete ceiling support, smashing the tailgate window and broke the tailgate lamps.”

“While driving at highway speeds, my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid suddenly lost all propulsion power. A turtle icon appeared on the dashboard cluster, and the vehicle stalled, creating a severe safety hazard on an active highway. Chrysler Care previously stated my VIN is not included in the 03A recall (NHTSA Campaign 23V010000) for internal transmission short-circuits. However, my vehicle has experienced the exact software limp-mode shutdown and mechanical failure described in that campaign. …”

“I have completed recall 66B/NHTSA 24V-436 on my Chrysler Pacifica. I'm continuing to have issues where the uconnect system locks up and restarts, the rear view camera freezes or turns on when driving forward. Once the system locks up you can't operate certain vehicle controls such as HVAC as they are controlled through the system and the buttons do not respond. I tried contacting Uconnect but their phone system says error after multiple steps to get to a representative. I've read many other people having these issues online also. …”

“I have a 2023 Pacifica with around 3k miles. I purchased brand new. In the few months that I have owned the vehicle, it has turned off about 5 times while driving. It loses all power. Engine, power, etc completely dies. I need to restart the vehicle, wait for start-up, and then I can continue driving. The vehicle has currently been at Arrigo Sawgrass Chrysler since 07/13/2023. Arrigo continues to say They can not duplicate the issue and it does not show on computers I called Chrysler Corporate for escalation. …”
