“Recently my car was found to have an oil leak. It appears to be coming from the housing/cooling unit for my car. From doing research it is found that this seems to be a common problem with all 2014 Dodge vehicles. This is causing oil to pool in the bottom of the engine. This if the oil is not checked regularly can cause a massive malfunction of the engine or even a vehicle fire.”

NHTSA complaint #11195458, filed 2019-04, 65,000 miles

“While driving on the highway at 65mph the vehicle shut off and I lost power steering. I was barely able to avoid being hit during heavy morning traffic. Once stopped I was unable to get the vehicle to restart and needed to be towed to the dealer.”

NHTSA complaint #10820577, filed 2016-01, 44,365 miles

“Today my car turned off all of a sudden out of no where. I have stated to the dealer for years that it is not normal for a car to say battery saver mode and lights, radio, dash and all electrical devices in a vehicle to turn of or stutter of and on. They said it is normal and that it is my battery. If a car turns on the alternator is supposed to take all the load off of the battery running in the engine nothing else. My car has stuttered multiple time off and in while driving and even almost turned off. …”
