“My wife and son was sitting in our 2012 Dodge Durango citadel in a parking lot waiting on my daughter when the headrest made a loud noise and activated with no warning. Lucky it did not hit them. It's could have been a very dangerous situation if it had hit my wife while driving. I have removed the headrest from the vehicle.”

NHTSA complaint #11287387, filed 2019-12, 129,000 miles

“My Durango has stalled numerous times. The recall for the fuel pump relay recall has been performed and replaced and two new relays have been installed. The last relay lasted two months and failed completely yesterday. My car has been towed to a dealership. There is an open recall on this issue with no timeline for a fix. I was lucky enough yesterday to get the car to a parking space instead of pulling into traffic on a busy road before it died.”
