I had started to slow down due to loss of controls and my car halted to an adrupt stop and would not allow me to have any control of its functions. Due to being in traffic I attempted to the vehicle in park and it did not allow, I waited approximately 5 min, at that point it allowed me to put the vehicle in park, I attempted to restart and it would not allow me. After waiting approximately 10 min. I was able to restart the vehicle. …”
