“I was coming threw the wv area coming down a hill moving toward the car tunnels. Just as I was coming down the hill the car incressined the speeds from 70 to 75 and then from there to 80. (adaptive cruise control)I tried to contact the car owners that I rented from and they wouldn't provide any information are contact me back to make the report on the vehicle .”

NHTSA complaint #11173950, filed 2019-02, 3,000 miles

“I got the car with 100 miles on it and these problems continue.... Kroger's and many other gas station pumps kick off while fueling. I have tried pulling the nozzle out some, squeezing the trigger less, etc & they still kick the pump off. It literally takes 10 mins to pump $20 worth of gas. Also, I have a slight delay when pressing the gas pedal from a stop sign, etc. Its like a second delay then its like it decides to go ahead & go. Radio/control screen has already been replaced due to it going to a full black screen & full blue screen, shutting off, etc. …”

NHTSA complaint #11278779, filed 2019-11, 500 miles

“I went through cheetah car wash with my 2018 Dodge Durango and upon exiting the car wash and receiving green signal to drive I shifted from n to d and started slowly driving toward the vacuum cleaning area. As I was slowly pulling into the parking lot, the vehicle suddenly accelerated and hit the post and building, causing it to stop. I called the police to the scene and they had the vehicle towed to basham towing service in bowling green, ky. Please investigate this vehicle for mechanical failure, because if this had happened on interstate, this could have ended way worse. …”

NHTSA complaint #11217405, filed 2019-06, 15,000 miles

“I had a water pump go out and my battery died while fixing it but when I gave it a jump and started it my ABS and stability lights were on and haven’t turned off. It’s been over a year since they turned on. There is a recall for this on 2022 models why does it not apply to my vehicle?”

NHTSA complaint #11644438, filed 2025-02

“While driving on the highway, the computer system shut down and all screens went black. The car still drove but none of the controls worked anymore. We could not roll the windows down or turn the fans or a/c on and it was summer so the interior of the car immediately became unbearably hot. We pulled over as soon as it was safe to do so and turned the car off and back on. The system came on partially and we were only able to open the sunroof and roll the rear windows down half way before it stopped working again. …”
