“Windshield wipers work once and then they stop working. I see this has been an issue on a lot of dodges during these years. My truck doesn't have the recall. But this is a serious problem, I crashed into someone due to it. Please figure this out I know of several people that this has happened to as well.”

NHTSA complaint #10565036, filed 2014-02, 223,469 miles“On our 2004 Dodge RAM 2500 slt crew cab. The turn signal will sometimes intermittently do the exact opposite of the direction you choose and when this happens the headlights will not go bright if you have it on dim and the windshield wipers will not work as we found out shortly after we bought the truck on a rainy day. It appears it is all controlled from one location on the steering wheel column.”
