“Car went into failsafe engine mode and wrench appear after changing brake light switch. A year ago samething happened and I turned the car off and the message went away until I had to change the above mentioned. Now the message want go off and it will not give a code for the problem. The car will also lunge sometimes when the A/C is on. Is there a recall on the 05 Ford five hundred limited for this problem? After reading some of the issues other people had theirs sound exactly like my problem and there should be a recall concerning this matter.”
