2021: “When turning right there was a complete loss of power with no response from the throttle it was just stuck coasting at 20klm hr. For 20 seconds or so then throttle kicked in and normal operation again. This has happened twice now in the past week. Very dangerous especially when turning into traffic.”
NHTSA complaint #11636701, filed 2025-01, 115,000 miles2023: “Truck wouldn’t start (2000 miles). Dashboard had a “stop safety now” warning light as well as the check engine and battery lights on. All other electronics seemed to be working normally. After sitting all night, truck started normally and drove normally.”
NHTSA complaint #11550430, filed 2023-10, 2,000 miles2025: “While I was driving, I was pressing my brakes and the vehicle would not stop at a stop sign. Then with the brakes pressed all the way down, it was a very elongated stop so this rolled me through the stop sign. Thankfully no cars were coming. It felt as if I was trying to stop on ice. Supposedly this was fixed with an OTA update when the initial recall came out last year.”
