“The contact owns a 2007 Ford F-250 SD. The contact stated that while driving 55 MPH, he crashed into another vehicle and the air bags did not deploy. Two passengers from the other vehicle were injured and transported to the hospital. The entire front end was badly damaged and the vehicle was towed from the scene. There was a police report if needed. The insurance company was notified. The manufacturer was notified and stated that they would send a representative to inspect the vehicle and the air bags. The failure mileage was 87,000.”

The contact crashed into the passenger side of the vehicle. Immediately, he lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle was towing a trailer at a time, which jackknifed and crashed into a ditch. The vehicle struck a utility pole and the police and ambulance were called to the scene. The passenger was transported to the hospital and sustained minor injuries. A police report was filed. Also, the driver of the opposing vehicle was transported to the hospital. …”
