“We were notified by police and fire department officials that there was a fire in our yard. Our Ford 250 was on fire and had not been driven for around 4 hours. Upon investigation the fire marshall indicated the location of where the fire began and presumed it was the brake pressure switch based on its location. The car has been totaled and caught another vehicle on fire next to it.”

“While traveling on the highway at 60 MPH on flat ground, with the cruise control engaged, my truck floored the gas pedal. I had to jam on the brakes to avoid hitting the car in front of me. The truck just took off, like it had a mind of its own. Since then I have not, and will not use the cruise control. I will not use the cruise control again. It was very shocking, and took the wind out of me. It could have easily caused an accident. I missed the car in front me by inches. I will never use the cruise control on my truck again.”

Had to keep hitting the off button, and put vehicle in neutra,l and it still it would not disingage. Had them disconnect cruise control.”
