He told me that it was flat spots from sitting on the lot and it would smooth out as I drove it. After 1 & a half weeks I called back and was referred to a jack sr. Whom is the service manager. NHTSA complaint #10256902, filed 2009-01, 96,500 miles“The contact owns a 2004 Ford F-350 SD. The contact stated that the front passenger side rim split in half while driving 70 MPH. The vehicle was towing a haul trailer. There was a lateral crack that went all the way through the seals. The dealer was notified of the failure who advised that he should contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer was notified who offered no assistance. The failure mileage was 173,000. Kmj”
