I had to have her hold the door shut as we drove the car back home. I called the next day to get it into the dealer and they made me an appointment for the following monday. The dealership said that the door is not covered under warranty. I paid $130 for them to tell me that the latch and cable need to be replaced. …”

Twice I have complained to Ford, and both times I was told this was normal operating behavior. The seats become so hot you cannot sit on them. I believe this is a safety issue, especially if a young child/infant were involved.”
