“Only had 36315 miles on vehicle when I was advised by quick lane who is associated with keller Ford that I already needed tires. Warranty on tires 60 thousand miles. Left rear shock already leaking hydraulic fluid and needing to be replaced.”

The caliper on the front driver side was not working so I changed it still didn't work fluid go's to the ABS pump but doses not come out of that one. When you use the brakes the front passenger side locks up and slides like it's not going to stop it is really bad when the roads are wet and there were no warning signs. It's going to the dealer Thursday.”

The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact mentioned that an unknown notice was received from the manufacturer pertaining to the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 22,000.”

The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the tie rod fractured. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer and dealer were notified. The approximate failure mileage was 37,388. ..updated 12/20/16”
