Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“The panoramic glass roof is slowly failing. The glass began to develop a small stress crack (with no sign or notice of impact as cause) which, over the months, has grown to a complete circle, about 12 inches in lengths. Additional stress cracks will easily compromise the glass and cause an immediate road safety hazard. Ford dealership denies any responsibility or warranty claim, falsely claiming it was due to some kind of impact when it was not.”
