Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Both drivers side, and passenger side automatic windows will not stay on track. Since the day of purchase, both windows have been intermittently sluggish, and on occasion, struggled to move up or down. The drivers side window came off the track first, and was repaired under warranty in 2002. After 3 attempts by the local dealership in 2005 to repair both windows, they remain inoperable. In florida, vehicles are always at risk for underwater submersion, quick action along with properly functioning windows are imperative.”
