“The contact owns a 2021 Ford Mustang. The contact stated while driving and exceeding 50 MPH, the rear-view mirror would vibrate. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer where it was diagnosed and the mirror was replaced three times. Additionally, the mechanic installed a new driveshaft; however, failure persisted. The contact notified the manufacturer and was informed that the vibration was a characteristic of the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 1,000.”
