Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“The cruise control does not down-shift the vehicle early enough. it does not react for the first 6mph over set point and then when it downshifts it only downshifts one gear. The vehicle exceeded 10mph over set point on a 6% grade and brakes had to be engaged because manual limit did not perform as intended at the moment. This might have been ok in the 90s but all other cars I had handled this much better in last 15 years. The lane keep assist attempts to drive the car into oncoming traffic when there are road patches present in the lane.”
