“The contact owns a 2021 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the navigation system independently switched to random screens and made random phone calls. In addition, the contact stated that the failure had occurred while the GPS was activated. The dealer was made aware of the failure. The contact was recommended to take the vehicle for a diagnostic test. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 72,693.”
