“The contact owns a 2022 Honda Accord. The contact stated while was driving 65 MPH, the infotainment system engaged functions independently. The contact stated that the infotainment system touchscreen had failed to engage the desired function and would engage other functions unintendedly. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the infotainment system needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the failure had occurred on three different occasions, and the infotainment system was replaced twice. The vehicle was repaired. …”
