“I have 2019 Honda odyssey and my front windshield Camera shows multiple lights also nothing works there are shows 11 working lights also I go dealer and they toll me you have to replace your windshield Camera and it cost $2200 and not only me there are so many people facing that same problem plz give a recall for Honda Odyssey year 2018 2019 & 2020”

NHTSA complaint #11749886, filed 2026-07

“All ADAS functions stopped working on my 2019 Odyssey during a 6 hour drive to the beach with my family of four. It appears that the multipurpose camera has failed. Some reading online suggests that this is a known thermal defect, and Honda has yet to remedy the issue. Instead opting to let the consumer replace these units at $3k per.”

NHTSA complaint #11743782, filed 2026-06

“While driving the car brakes hard when it thinks that it is going to hit another car even though there is not another car around. We have almost been in multiple accidents because of it. When driving down a winding lane it often shakes the wheel although we are not departing lanes. We do not feel safe while driving the car with this safety feature”

NHTSA complaint #11609506, filed 2024-08

“5 emergency lights came on at the same time, we went to the Honda dealer and the problem is the front camera, they told us there, for the diagnosis it was $250 dollars and if we want to fix it it would be $1900, I think that Honda should cover that because it is a car with only 30,000 miles, it is a very expensive repair for a car that is not that old.”

NHTSA complaint #11610580, filed 2024-08

“I believe it is the WINDSHIELD MONOCULAR MULTIPURPOSE LKAS ACC CAMERA. This sensor has malfunctioned for the past two moths and I've tried everything to fix it short of replacing it, which is ridiculously expensive. This is such a common problem on this make/year of vehicle. My car only has 75,000 miles on it.”
