2025 Honda Odyssey Steering Problems

“While driving straight on the highway on a sunny day the car left the lane on it's own, resisted attempts to get it back into the lane, and crashed into the concrete barrier after we swerved around and the car bounced around. Lane keeping assistance and automatic cruise control were active. The lane lines looked perfectly fine. “I have a 2025 honda odyssey, I bought mine with 2 miles on it, it was rhe first vehicle ive owned that was new so we had something safe and reliable and this has been far from it. So far we have had 1.The USB port not working in the center console 2.Battery was draining and it was struggling to start, died at lights and barely turned back on 3. “What happened? While driving my 2025 Honda Odyssey, the engine failed to restart during an Auto Idle Stop event at a 4-way stop/intersection. When releasing the brake to take my right-of-way, the engine stalled completely. The vehicle became immobilized, the power steering went heavy/stiff, and the brake pedal became difficult to depress. I had to manually cycle the ignition by shifting to Park and pressing the Start button multiple times to regain power while traffic was waiting. This has occurred twice. What component or system failed or malfunctioned? …”

“2025 Honda Odyssey - seems to have issue with auto-start auto-stop. Frequently, the minivan is unable to turn back on after it auto-turns off when stopped at a light or somewhere. Creates very dangerous situation because I am stuck as the driver, and the car is unresponsive. You have to put car in park, turn off the car, turn it back on, put in drive. People are honking and in one case we almost got hit because it was a stop around a turn and we couldn't move. I've checked for recall and it's not there. I'm taking it in to Honda dealer as soon as available. …”

“Noise coming from front driver side suspension or steering column/components. The noise is very light, but sounds like a clunking/rattle and can be felt through the steering wheel. It is intermittent. Because I am unsure what is actually causing the noise, I cannot state whether it is actually part of the suspension system or steering column area. The dealership cannot replicate the noise, so it has been turned away twice now. Does not feel safe. Searching other odyssey forums, it is something that is reproduced by others who have bought a 2025-2026 Honda odyssey.”
