“On july 2nd our vehicle wouldn't start. Prior to this date the vehicle worked fine. We call Honda roadside assistance and they came and jumped it. My wife let it idle for nearly 1 hour and turned it off. She returned an hour later only to find it was dead again. I decided to come home and jumped it and drove it down the hwy. While driving down the highway there was some vehicles swearving around some debris on the road and when I applied my brakes the vehicle lost power and I wasn't able to stear the vehicle fast enough and hit some of the debris. I let of the brake and the power came back on. …”

NHTSA complaint #11702298, filed 2025-12

“The original tires on this car needed to be changed around 20k miles. I asked the dealer to align it in 2021 after getting new tires. I barely put 8k miles per year on this minivan. Recently when I went for a rotation I was told that they are wearing unevenly. I went to get an alignment and was told that the rear driver Camber was out of spec and the rear passenger toe was out of spec. The problem is that you are unable to make those adjustments on the rear. This means that it came like this out of the factory and is rapidly wearing tires on the vehicles. …”
