“I am about to replace my windshield for the 5th time in my 2025 Honda Pilot Black edition. It has happened in different spots at different speeds and the windshield immediately spreads. I have replaced with OEM glass everytime. This is a safety concern. I joined a FaceBook group for 2025 Honda Pilots and so many others have this sane issue. Its very concerning”
NHTSA complaint #11770399, filed 2026-10“I was coming out of a parking lot so I was braking. My car suddenly surged even though my foot was on the brake. I pushed the brake harder and harder my car moved about 20 ft. toward a curb before it stopped. We are contacting the dealer to have it checked. No reports where filed. There was no warning before it happened. It speed up like it was accelerating to go on the expressway.”
NHTSA complaint #11647968, filed 2025-03“I was driving and I heard a loud bang and then sounds on the top of my roof. I pulled over and found the sunroof had exploded. There is a large portion that is gone. The glass that is left is spider cracked around where the glass is gone. There are pieces of glass that are angled upwards”
NHTSA complaint #11758364, filed 2026-08“The spring coil in the steering wheel started clicking and making more noise as I make every turn. I took it in to Honda dealership and the replaced the part. The next day it has started making the same noise but worse. It is louder and makes me now feel uncomfortable driving my vehicle.”
