“I was driving down the street to my sister house, when I got to her house I pulled up behind her car approximately 10 to 15 ft. On the curb and on the street, I stopped the car, put in in park while still running, when I touched the switch to turn the car off, the gas pedal went to the floor and the car ran into the car in front of me not ejecting the seat belt.”

NHTSA complaint #10823378, filed 2016-02, 40,760 miles“I was driving on a street when I went to make a stop. I was going about 15-20mph and had 3 car lengths room ahead of me. I tried to press on the brakes to make a stop, and the brakes did not work. The brakes ended up shaking and the brake pedal kicked back at me. It seemed as if ABS kicked in prematurely, or ESC kicked on prematurely. My wheels locked up causing my car to slide into the car ahead of me. I am not a mechanic so I am not sure which. I hit a vehicle in front of me. …”

I thought I had a warranty on the vehicle, I would like to know if this warranty covers the vehicle. I would like to get this matter resolved as soon as possible.”
