“I was finishing going slow into my parking space & all of a sudden vehicle accelerated on its own & hit a wall a few feet in front on me then rolled back & took off again & hit the wall again. It then rolled back & I was able to stop it.”

NHTSA complaint #11771629, filed 2026-10

“The parking cameras on this vehicle have been intermittently failing for almost a year, most frequently when reversing the vehicle, but also when parking in a garage (forward camera). This puts me and any cars and pedestrians around me at risk every time it fails when I am attempting to reverse out of a parking space. The car's rear window is not designed for maximum visibility of surroundings. I have taken the car to the dealer 3 times to repair this defect, including one visit in which they replaced the camera. …”

NHTSA complaint #11760303, filed 2026-08

“The computerized Safety features on this car can not be turned off. They pose a hazard in a number of ways from when the car is stopped to driving on multi-lane highways. For instance, the adaptive cruise control is linked to an over the air network. If that link is cut by going through the mountains, cruise control suddenly quits; this has happened while passing a vehicle over a mountain pass. When attempting to pull out from a parking spot, another driver stopped to wait for me because they wanted my parking spot. …”

NHTSA complaint #11684318, filed 2025-09

“The car detects phantom blind spot alerts even after the camera update. It happens based on front and rear cameras. When the car falsely alerts it fully locks up the breaks and steering until the fault clears. It happened yesterday trying to pull out of a street side parking space. There were no oncoming cars, but the car fully alerted and locked up. …”

NHTSA complaint #11754849, filed 2026-08

“Main LED screen black/green out. Back up camera safety functions failed & suffered recurring failure after being serviced 3x by the dealer. Corporate now been put on notice to discuss tesolution options. Thank god (so far) vehicle has not been involved in any accidents.”
