“2007 Hyundai Tucson with only 22,000 miles on it is now experiencing sudden unintended acceleration. Hyundai is in total denial and squirted some lubricant on a linkage and sent me on my way. After not being able to drive this vehicle due to safety concerns I demanded that the same tech come out and drive it for his self. After getting on an interstate the same issue happened to the tech and now they are stating that something is wrong just not saying what. Sporadic sudden acceleration is experienced with no warning. …”

As well as sitting at a stop rpms are all up and down engine revs with foot on break and not even touching gas. Vehicle jerks forward when driving on highway and occasionally while parked”

The vehicle crashed into a preceding vehicle. The contact confirmed this was the third crash resulting from unintended acceleration in the vehicle. The contact confirmed that when the acceleration would occur, the vehicle could be stopped by switching the gear to neutral. The vehicle was left with the dealer however, the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. …”
