“My car keeps having issues with acceleration. It struggles to manually shift gears when I try to go to 40 MPH. I fear for my safety especially getting into highways since I struggle to keep up with traffic upon entering. I have taken it to the dealer already and problem persists.”

NHTSA complaint #11326736, filed 2020-06, 60,000 miles

“When the vehicle is stationary (example: I come to a stop at a stop sign or stop light) then try to move again, the car won't move and there is a lull when I give it gas. This is a dangerous problem with the dual clutch transmission. The engine revs but the car wouldn't move after coming to a stop. I have had a few instances where I become stuck in the middle of the road for a minute.”

NHTSA complaint #11075278, filed 2018-02, 39,600 miles

“Same complaint as before they cannot duplicate at dealership. There is not a recall on this VIN number even though it was manufactured during the dates of the recall I found out. I am seriously thinking about hiring a lawyer because I do not want a car that is not safe for my grandchildren. This time again would not accelerate when going into traffic. It is very terrifying.”

NHTSA complaint #10979048, filed 2017-04, 27,879 miles

“I bought my car 2 months ago, most of the time when I try to move from a full stop, light or park my car don't want to move as you press the gas pedal you only hear the RPM raisen but car stays still after a few secunds the car will it moves abruptly and it's hard to control the movement as you don't know when it will start moving”

NHTSA complaint #10906288, filed 2016-09, 5,000 miles

“When starting from a full stop the car hesitates for 3 to 5 seconds before moving; making it unreliable and dangerous to pull out. When driving slowly in traffic or in a parking lot the car becomes very jerky as if running out of gas. This has happened since the day we bought it. Took it into the dealer ship to be checked out they test drove it and checked it out and said it is working the way that it should.we have lost our confidence in this car and feel that this is a safety issue.this is not acceptable,”
