“My car has an engine oil leak that has been happening for over a year now since I bought it. I have to change my oil every 2,000 miles because of the leak, when Ive been told this car should be changing its oil for every 7,000 miles. My passenger door no longer opens from the outside once my car is unlocked. I have to put my window down in order to get inside and this is a safety hazard.”

NHTSA complaint #11545801, filed 2023-09, 101,795 miles

“The rear passenger door will not open from the interior or the exterior. It was parked and I tried to open the door and it will not move. This is a huge safety issue because you cannot get out that door. This happened to 2 other doors also. One was covered because it was still under warranty, it is now past my warranty.”

NHTSA complaint #11407886, filed 2021-04, 112,000 miles

“My door latches are acting up my drivers side and passengers side front need to be pulled multiple times from the outside to open and my passenger side rear completely failed it would not open from the inside or outside resulting in a costly repair but since it's were my daughter sits it is a major safety concern for me not being able to get her out of the car would not have been good.”

NHTSA complaint #11394986, filed 2021-02, 38,000 miles

“My car stalls at intersections and will not take off quick enough to get me out of peoples way and from everything I am reading it is due to the dual clutch in my eco. I have had no accidents yet but getting really worried about my safety and the safety of others including someone who might hit me as I am making a turn when car will not move ahead quickly enough.”

NHTSA complaint #11166266, filed 2019-01, 33,000 miles

“My driver's side passenger door will no longer open from neither the outside or inside. This is very dangerous as I have two children in carseats who ride in the back. This has also been a extreme inconvenience as I have to climb over one child to buckle in the other. We were told this will cost an upwards of $1000 to fix, but this indeed a safety issue that needs to be recalled and fixed asap.”

NHTSA complaint #11363922, filed 2020-10, 60,000 miles
