2024 Jeep Compass Engine Problems

I had to place my 2024 Jeep Compass in Park in order to stop and then slowly maneuver it into a safe parking spot before having it towed to Golling Jeep Ram Dodge in Bloomfield Hills, MI. “On Thursday October 3rd I was driving in stop and go city traffic. After accelerating to leave from a light my jeep died in the middle of the intersection. Total loss of power and slammed to a stop almost causing the person behind me to hit me. It started I drove it back to work. Later that day I left work and stopped to get gas. Turned it off, pumped my gas, went to go turn it back on and it wouldn't start. Just made an engine cranking sound. I hit the button a couple more times and it slowly cranked and started but it was sputtering and the dash and infotainment screen were very dimly lit. …”
