Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“I believe it is the blend door actuator, the heat when on defrost automatically switched between hot to ice cold which fogs up windows and causes other issues. Brought the vehicle in for for the current recall along with service on this, and this was not looked at. When the temp changes the A/C is turned off and temp is turned up to clear the window. It starts blowing ice cold air that fogs up the window almost instantly”

NHTSA complaint #11763568, filed 2026-09

“Brand new Jeep gladiator. 458 miles on it and the windshield glass cracked. No rock or external object hit it, simply faulty glass. I went to an online forum and found that windshields cracking on jeep’s is extremely common and Jeep refuses to warranty or do anything about it.”
