2020: “Very concerned about the clutch pressure plate recall, I am paying a lot of money for this Jeep that I dont feel safe driving as it can catch on fire. The fact that there is no fix right now is ridiculous. I have driven jeeps my whole life and never had a life threatening issue like this. If there is no solid solution I will never get another FCA again”

NHTSA complaint #11394957, filed 2021-02, 4,000 miles

2021: “The vehicle at higher speeds is hard to control and keep straight. The steering seems to be loose and have too much play. This makes it hard to stay in the lane without constantly moving the steering by wheel left and right as if you were playing a video game.”

NHTSA complaint #11405091, filed 2021-03, 50 miles

2024: “My 2024 Jeep Gladiator is subject to Recall 21D (NHTSA 26V-363). The recall warns of a fire risk while parked due to overheating of an electrical connection. Owners have been instructed to park away from structures and other vehicles, but there is currently no remedy available. I am concerned about the safety risk and the lack of an available repair.”
