“I picked up my wife from the airport and I’m on 76 going home. As I am driving about to switch lanes I hear a pop, so I am thinking that I got a flat tire. As I pull over I check all my tires nothing is flat. I look under my car and I see that my rear suspension spring on the right side of my tire is hanging down. Now I am waiting for a tow, so I can take it back to the dealer.”

NHTSA complaint #11743688, filed 2026-06

“Vehicle continuously has a problem with the alignment and tow link issues suspension problems that cause the vehicle to go out of alignment often. This is a continuing problem that has me going in for repairs more often than I should have to over the last 2 years. Many repairs for the same problem.”

NHTSA complaint #11714369, filed 2026-01

“The rear coil spring fell off. I did not hear a thud or any noise. When I pulled out of my driveway I heard a scraping and when I got out, I saw it hanging down. In June 2023, I had a recall repair done for the rear coil springs, so this should not have occurred. I’m worried the recall was not done correctly.”

NHTSA complaint #11668282, filed 2025-06

“3/31/25 date of incident while traveling on the interstate the right rear coil spring came out and jammed into the tire causing the car to drop abruptly and almost making me lose control of the vehicle the right rear tire was damaged but I got the car stopped before major damage was done”

NHTSA complaint #11652158, filed 2025-04

“My passenger coil spring fell out while coming out of my driveway and could of seriously hurt someone else or myself it fell out while I was driving. Chrysler wanted to charge us an arm and a leg to put it back in, so I put it back in myself.”
