2021: “This is the second time I got into an accident and the (ADAS) made me crash.. I was far enough to brake safely but the system keeps me going forward..it drags me as if there is ice on the ground..if it was off my car would not have been in any of these accidents..this feature is not safe..I feel like my life is in danger when it is on”

NHTSA complaint #11743798, filed 2026-06

2024: “This car slams the breaks to a stop in the middle of an intersection while turning left with other cars across the intersection also turning left. It thinks we will hit but we are not going to. This has happened twice. Luckily, the driver behind us was paying attention both times and also slammed their brakes, avoiding a collision.”

NHTSA complaint #11740935, filed 2026-05

2023: “I picked up my wife from the airport and I’m on 76 going home. As I am driving about to switch lanes I hear a pop, so I am thinking that I got a flat tire. As I pull over I check all my tires nothing is flat. I look under my car and I see that my rear suspension spring on the right side of my tire is hanging down. Now I am waiting for a tow, so I can take it back to the dealer.”
